About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of HereForMe's creative wellbeing coaching services. By booking any of our services, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully.

Who we are: HereForMe provides creative wellbeing coaching and artistic instruction services for women seeking reconnection through life's transitions.

Our Services

We offer:

  • Discovery Sessions - 2-hour introductory workshops (£87 per person)

  • Creative Transition Journey - 6-week group programme (£285 per person)

  • Monthly Creative Circle - Ongoing community membership (£30 per month)

  • One-to-one sessions - Personalised creative coaching

  • Group workshops and events

 

All services are designed for adults (18+), and no prior creative experience is required.

Distance Selling and Your Cancellation Rights

 

Important: As our services are booked online or by phone, you have enhanced consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your Right to Cancel

 

For all workshop bookings made online or by phone, you have the legal right to cancel:

  • Within 14 days of booking (for services)

  • Without giving any reason

  • By informing us in writing (email acceptable)

 

How to cancel: Email us at info@hereforme.co.uk or write to us at 71 Roberts Road, London, E17 4LP clearly stating you wish to cancel your booking. We recommend keeping proof of your cancellation notice.

If you cancel within your legal 14-day period:

  • Full refund of all payments made

  • Refund processed within 14 days using the same payment method

  • No cancellation fees

 

Services Starting Within 14 Days

 

If you want your workshop to start within the 14-day cancellation period, you must give us your express written consent. If you then cancel after the service has started, we may charge you proportionally for any service already provided.

 

Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

 

You cannot cancel if:

  • The service has been fully performed, and you expressly agreed to start before the 14-day period ended

  • You specifically requested urgent service (rare in our context)

 

Our Cancellation Policy (Beyond Legal Rights)

 

If you need to cancel after your 14-day legal right:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or reschedule (at our discretion)

  • 24-48 hours notice': 50% refund or reschedule option

  • Less than 24 hours: Deposit retained, reschedule for additional fee

 

If we need to cancel:

  • Full refund or priority rebooking

  • We'll give you as much notice as possible

  • No liability for consequential losses

 

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing

  • Places are secured upon receipt of deposit

  • We'll send you booking confirmation with full details

 

Payment Terms

 

Discovery Sessions & Individual Workshops:

  • 50% deposit required to secure your booking

  • Remaining balance due before your session begins

  • Payment accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or card

 

Multi-session Packages:

  • 30% deposit secures your place

  • Payment plans available - please enquire

  • All payments must be completed before final session

 

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Monthly payment in advance

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

  • 30 days' notice required to cancel

 

Late Payments

  • Outstanding balances may result in cancelled bookings

  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling due to non-payment

 

What's Included in Your Service

In-Person Workshops

  • All materials and tools needed for your project

  • Light refreshments where stated

  • Take-home supplies as specified

  • Follow-up support via email for 7 days

 

Online Sessions

  • Digital resources and guides

  • Recording of session (where applicable and consented to)

  • Material list provided in advance

  • Email support between sessions

 

Monthly Creative Circle

  • Monthly 2-hour creative sessions

  • Online resource library access

  • Monthly creative prompts

  • Community WhatsApp support

  • Early booking for special events

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and ready to participate

  • Treat materials and space with care

  • Be respectful to other participants and facilitators

  • Inform us in advance about allergies, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs

  • Follow safety instructions and report any incidents immediately

  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared experiences

 

Health and Safety

  • We maintain public liability insurance

  • Workshop environments meet health and safety standards

  • Please follow all safety instructions provided

  • Report any accidents or injuries immediately

  • We are not responsible for personal items brought to workshops

  • If you have any health conditions that might affect your participation, please inform us beforehand

 

Photography and Social Media

  • We may photograph workshops for marketing purposes

  • We will always ask your permission first

  • You can opt out at any time during the session

  • You can request removal of existing photos

  • Consent for photography is separate from workshop booking

  • Testimonials are always voluntary and can be withdrawn

Your consent for photography and testimonials can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your workshop experience.

 

Intellectual Property

Your Creations

  • Everything you make during workshops is yours to keep

  • You own the copyright to your creative work

  • You're welcome to share your finished projects on social media

 

Our Materials

  • Workshop handouts, guides, and patterns are for your personal use only

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our original designs or materials

  • Our teaching methods and unique workshop formats are protected

 

Quality of Service and Consumer Rights

 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we must provide services:

  • With reasonable skill and care

  • As described in our marketing materials

  • For the purpose they are intended

If You're Not Satisfied

  1. Speak to us during the workshop - we'll work to resolve issues immediately

  2. Contact us within 7 days if problems persist

  3. Written complaints will receive full consideration within 14 days

  4. Remedies available:

    • Right to repeat performance

    • Right to price reduction (partial or full refund)

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service

  • We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., travel costs, time off work)

  • Nothing excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • We maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance

Accessibility and Inclusion

  • We're committed to making our services accessible to all

  • Please inform us of any accessibility needs when booking

  • We'll make reasonable adjustments where possible

  • If we cannot accommodate your needs, we'll provide a full refund

Data Protection

 

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By booking our services, you consent to necessary data processing for service delivery.

Subscription Services (Monthly Creative Circle)

 

Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month

  • Payment is taken on the same date each month

  • You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice

 

Changes to Subscription

  • We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

  • You can cancel rather than accept price increases

  • Service changes will be communicated in advance

 

Complaints and Disputes

Our Complaints Process

  1. Talk to us first - most issues can be resolved quickly during or immediately after your session

  2. Email us formally at info@hereforme.co.uk if needed

  3. We'll respond within 3 working days

  4. Escalation: If unresolved, we'll suggest independent mediation

 

Alternative Dispute Resolution

  • For service-related complaints: Contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service

  • For online purchases: Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (if applicable)

 

Force Majeure

 

We may need to cancel or postpone services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, illness, venue unavailability, government restrictions). In such cases, we'll offer rescheduling or full refunds.

 

Changes to TheseTerms

  • We may update these terms occasionally

  • Significant changes will be communicated by email to active clients

  • Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date

  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance

 

Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. As a consumer, you may also have rights in your country of residence.

 

Severability

 

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
